Siobhan brings a complex blend of operational expertise, and firsthand experience to her role as Co-Founder of The Hire Standard Co. With over a decade of experience as a trusted nanny and personal assistant to busy families and entrepreneurs, Siobhan understands the profound difference the right support can make in someone’s daily life.
After earning her Master of Social Work degree, Siobhan served as a Chief Operations Officer in the nonprofit industry, leading program and project operations. Here she sharpened her skills in logistics, team building, and organizational leadership.
Today, Siobhan combines her background in direct care and management insight to help individuals and families find staff who aren’t just qualified on paper, but who truly fit. Through The Hire Standard Co., she offers a boutique matchmaking experience that empowers clients to reclaim their time, focus on what matters most, and trust that their business and personal lives are in capable hands.
Cristina Duarte, MS

Cristina brings a thoughtful blend of technical precision, leadership, and service-driven values to her role as Co-Founder of The Hire Standard Co. With early roots as a nanny and sitter, Cristina developed a deep respect for the essential, behind-the-scenes work that keeps households running smoothly. Today, as an accomplished Engineering Project Manager, she draws on that early experience along with her expertise in operations, team coordination, and systems thinking to inform her approach to staffing.
Cristina has always been passionate about service, both in her community and in the way she leads. She understands how meaningful it is to be supported by people who show up with integrity, reliability, and care. That’s why she is committed to connecting clients with candidates who bring not only strong skill sets, but also a genuine passion for helping others thrive.
