Fees:
Recruitment Service Fee: The Client agrees to pay a recruitment service fee equal to 15% of the Candidate’s gross annual compensation, calculated based on the total annual salary for both full-time and part-time positions. For part-time roles, compensation will be calculated based on a minimum of 20 hours per week, regardless of the actual hours offered.
Initial Deposit: The Client will pay a non-refundable $500 deposit to initiate the search, which shall be applied toward the total service cost (an amount sufficient to initiate the process).
Additional Deposits: Any modifications to the search criteria after the job description has been approved—including changes to hours, location, qualifications, compensation, start date, or job responsibilities, may require an additional $500 non-refundable deposit per request to adjust recruitment efforts accordingly. If a suitable candidate is not found within this period, the Client may, upon approval by the Staffing Agency:
Extend the search for an additional 90 days by paying a new $500 non-refundable deposit.
Revise the job description in collaboration with the Staffing Agency, provided that the additional deposit has been paid. The Staffing Agency reserves the right not to extend or revise the search at its discretion, and the Client’s search will then be closed, and recruitment efforts will cease.
Placement Guarantee
If the Candidate’s employment lasts less than 90 days, or if the Client is dissatisfied with the placement, the Staffing Agency guarantees a replacement search at no additional cost,
which shall be subject to the terms of this Section 3, and provided the Client notifies the Staffing Agency within seven (7) days of the Candidate’s termination. The replacement search will be conducted based on the original job description and scope of work. The Placement Guarantee applies only once per search engagement and is contingent upon the original job description and scope of work remaining unchanged. If the Client materially alters job expectations or changes the scope of required work, the Staffing Agency is not obligated to honor the guarantee. Additionally, the Placement Guarantee does not apply if the Candidate resigns due to unsafe working conditions. The Staffing Agency is not responsible for providing any further replacements beyond the initial Placement Guarantee.
Payment Terms:
Payment of the final invoice, which will be issued immediately after placement, must be made within five (5) business days of receipt. Failure to make timely payment may result in additional fees, suspension of services, or termination of the agreement at the Staffing Agency’s discretion.
The Client agrees that all fees owed under this Agreement are non-contingent and payable regardless of the employment outcome of the Candidate.
If the Client chooses to pay by credit card, a surcharge may be applied to cover the actual cost of processing the payment.
Late payments will incur a $100 fee for every 30 days past the due date.
